You can still use your insurance for labs, imaging, and prescriptions: we send those orders to your lab, imaging center, or pharmacy, where they're billed through your plan as usual.

Yes — both memberships start at an introductory rate for your first 3 months, then move to their standard price: Foundations goes from $89 to $120/mo, and Complete Care goes from $119 to $149/mo. We'll never surprise you with it — the increase is shown right on this page and before you sign up, and you can cancel anytime if it's not the right fit.

Yes. There's no contract — pause or cancel whenever you need to, and you keep access through the end of the month you've paid for.

Your membership covers the medical management — visits, monitoring, and adjustments. The medication itself, if prescribed, is priced openly and always shown to you before anything is ordered.
